How do you like your steak cooked?

I like mine cooked properly…..don’t want to be seeing or tasting any blood!

Medium rare, medium. i want blood, I want it red, I want it tasty. No other way to eat steak. You cook it more than medium well, and you lose the taste of the meat. Especially a fine cut.

Medium Rare all the way!
I have noticed that steak temp. seem to change in different parts of the country.
