There is a leak in my game somewhere and I think I found it, but can’t figure out how to fix it. I’m losing a lot of money with big hands against low classified hands (44, 45s, 33, A4s and the like.)
How do I correct myself and allow myself to put people on weak hands like that playing against preflop raises.

Here are the stats I’ve gathered for my play over the last 3489 hands. The information was gathered with Poker Tracker. If some of the headings don’t make sense, ask, I will explain.

Total hands: 3489
Vol Put $ in the Pot: 19.92%
Won $ WSF: 35.55%
Amount Won: -397.35
Went to Showdown: 20.57%
Won $ at Showdown: 53.80%
Preflop Raise: 7.05%
Total Aggression factor: 1.80%

My biggest losing hands, times seen, total loss
AQoff, 33, 91.35
JJ, 9, 72.70
55, 15, 66.10
JToff, 25, 51.55
AKoff, 36, 50.20
QToff, 29, 42.75
AA, 17, 25.55

My biggest winning hands, times seen, total win
JTs, 19, 93.85
T9s, 13, 91.85
KJs, 10, 54.35
88, 10, 44.05
KK, 13, 40.60

Looking at the biggest loss.
AQoff, 1 hand, 143.75. (1/2 NL) (Played approx 40 hands at this table)
Raise to $7 first in get called by button, sb, bb.
KQ4 flop (Rainbow). SB checks, BB checks, I bet $18 into a $28 pot. Button folds, SB calls, BB folds.
Q turn. SB checks, I bet $30 into a $68 pot. SB reraises to $80, I call.
3 river. SB goes all in (I have 38 and change). I call.
Through the hand I had him on QJ, Q10.
He turns over 44.

I have many more like that.

FF,
I might have a pro look at this and see what he says. Is that cool?

Sure. I’m starting to think I found the leak, but I’m not sure. I think I’m being too aggressive with less than the best and under aggressive with monsters. That is what I’ve seen looking at histories and replaying hands.

After admin asked me to post the issue about my poker game, I sat down and looked at every big lose I took. I came up with a solution to my problem, which I attempted to fix. Here are the new numbers I have.

Total hands: 4280 (791 new hands)
Vol Put $ in the Pot: 19.56 (0.36% reduction)
Won $ WSF: 36.45% (0.9% increase)
Amount Won: -333.70 (up $66.65)
Went to Showdown: 20.26 (0.31% reduction)
Won $ at Showdown: 54.35% (0.55% increase)
Preflop Raise: 7.50% (0.45% increase)
Total Aggression factor: 1.86

I’ve basically played the same number of hands, but have raised more when first in the pot. I’ve taken fewer hands to showdown, while winning more. From memory, I played some 300 hands on Sat night. I had over 40 preflop wins and approx 15 flop wins. I only had 8 showdowns, with 6 wins.

I think I’ve fixed the problem, but am still interested in what you all think. Let me know what you see in those numbers.
