This happened at a bar poker game and probably wouldn’t happen in a casino tournament.
Two people all in cards face up. Flop comes and low stack get nothing and needs runner - runner for a straight draw, but doesn’t realize it. Turn comes and person grabs cards and mucks them and then hits the straight on the river.
Is she out?
Yes she muckecd her cards, but once they are up in an all-in shouldn’t they be left until the end as cards played?
I would have ruled mucked.
TD ruled her the winner of hand.
Opionons?

The real question is was she someone who is a mother… because then I would have ruled that she was a mother mucker!

I would have ruled that she mucked them too and I also agree with BJ……she is a mother mucker!
Do you think it would have been the same outcome if a guy had done that?

As stupid as she is, I think you have to give her the hand. Once those cards are up in an all-in, they play them themselves.

Your cards are live, until you throw them in the muck BEFORE the river. At that point, all action should of stopped and the only remaining player rewarded the pot.
If she had mucked AFTER the river, that is different, then cards speak.
