With all the “news” coming out about Full Tilt Poker and a so-called “Ponzi” scheme, I felt the need to say something.

First, let me start by saying that Full Tilt Poker is a class organization that has treated this organization and overseas bank accounts fairly throughout the years. Howard Lederer and Jesus Ferguson are honest, trust worthy individuals. Not to mention, Rafe Furst, although he did move to Mexico, I can only say his work with charities and the Bad Beat on Cancer have garnered the utmost respect from me.

Second, it is a shame to see the U.S. government stick their noses into something that was good for the poker industry, the nation’s economy, and an individual’s self esteem. The majority of players online are terrible and just give money to the lucky few. But these players kept depositing funds into their accounts, helping my lifestyle with a variety of extravagant needs. So what a player did not know about the inner processes of Full Tilt, did not hurt them. They would never have withdrawn funds in the first place.

Third, all these dopes posting about a 400 million dollar hole in Full Tilt Poker’s finances, do not know one thing about international finance. 99% of their money is in overseas accounts. To get their money into U.S. accredited bank accounts takes several months, due to the Patriot Act. I believe Mr. Lederer and Mr. Ferguson are just waiting for the funds to go through the proper channels and everyone will be promptly paid.

So let us stop slinging the proverbial mud at Full Tilt Poker. We need to let this show trial run its course and in the end, you shall all see that they are innocent of all charges.

EASTPORT, ME, February 10, 2010 – PokerPlasm, Inc. is off to a banner start to the fiscal year according to several anonymous sources close to the Downeast Maine-based company. “We are enthused by PokerPlasm’s performance in January 2010,” noted Mr. Trevor Holewinski, Chief Executive Officer of PokerPlasm, Inc. “These results were made possible by the commitment and determination of several people, but mostly myself. Profits increased by 28% compared to the last month (December 2009) and the board is confident in the outlook for the rest of the year.”

The statement came as a shock to many industry insiders. Many factors were stacked up against the online poker magazine’s success. Namely, issues centering around the current economic condition, Congressional poker legality hearings, the relocation to Maine, and the redundancy of the Texas-based and European-based workforce.

Additionally, by not releasing its first month’s financials that could possibly show record revenues, analysts are skeptical of the statement offered by Mr. Holewinski. “How do we actually know if any profits occurred?,” inquired Thomas B. G. Worthington of the Organization For Poker Fairness and Accountability. “Proof can only be determined through a company-wide audit. Similar industries, like a live casino or any website that offers online casino games would perform this little service to the public and shareholders.”

The company is privately held so no financial statements have been made public.

Barely one month after it was publicly announced, sources are saying that Calculatem.com is reneging on its deal to advertise on the online poker magazine, PokerPlasm.com. The deal was worth a considerable amount, which was seen as satisfactory and generous in the industry, both because PokerPlasm, Inc. had recently been forced to downsize due to the economic crisis, and because most industry insiders see little public interest in poker software no one cares to utilize.

PokerPlasm, Inc. CEO, Trevor Holewinski, admitted “he was stunned by the blatant disregard for emails to clarify their stance.” After three emails sent to Calculatem.com, “the advertisements had to be pulled,” Mr. Holewinski elaborated.

Marketing Director, Sonny Partrude, went further, “just about everybody at PokerPlasm, Inc. is shocked and angry at Calculatem.com’s piss poor ethical stance. We need to make sure other poker sites learn of their devious plans. This is not over…by a long shot.”

The deal was initiated on 9/16/2009, with this email (one month of advertising was paid):

PokerPlasm,

Sorry for the miscommunication. It’s been set up so that you will automatically be paid $xx a month for 3 months on each site.

If this is a problem please let me know and I will contact accounting to change the payment.

Best regards,
Calculatem.com

In October, PokerPlasm sent three emails, asking about the next two months of advertising:

10/20/2009

Calculatem.com,
I haven’t been paid on the links for October. 10/14/09 it was due.
PokerPlasm

10/25/2009

Calculatem.com,
Still waiting on October’s (mid-month) payment, when can I expect it?
PokerPlasm

10/27/2009

Calculatem.com,
This is the 3rd time I have emailed and no email has been sent back.

I am still waiting on this months advertising payment. If we don’t hear back in the next 24 hours, I am pulling the ads.
PokerPlasm

No emails have been sent to PokerPlasm.com at the time of this article.

Third parties sources have indicated that Calculatem.com is trying to sell people on becoming an affiliate after signing long term pre-paid advertising deals. Sound marketing?

A PokerPlasm official visited Estonia for high-level talks with GetRealFollowers.com on issues including computer espionage, security and twitter hacking, a PokerPlasm spokesman said.

Several PokerPlasm officials provided details about the two day talks. Day one focused on the twitter hacking of PokerPlasm (see related story: Estonian Developer Caught Hacking into PokerPlasm Twitter Account) and future application security. And day two focused on the twitter hacking of another account. Mr. Grundy, of Hell’s Cold Day, requested that PokerPlasm represent them at the talks and initiate resolutions to his twitter security breach.

“These talks were necessary,” said PokerPlasm Chief Executive Officer, Trevor Holewinski, “in the hopes that an incident of this nature will not occur again.”

At the close of the scheduled press breifing, PokerPlasm officials handed out formal letters of apology from the Estonian based company.

Dear Mr. Holewinski,

Please accept our apologies, there was an incident with one of our staff member during the maintenance.

Due to a human error, after an attack to our servers, the data of our team member accounts were mixed up with 5 random users from our database.

We promise that this won’t happen again, however we can understand that you have lost your trust towards to us.

Right now we are doing everything in our power to fix the situation and find out who were the other users who have lost their accounts.

We know that this might not ease the damage which this situation caused to you, but we are ready to compensate the trouble by assigning you the special status (described in our web-page) without needing to grant your data to our system. This is only if you accept this kind of compensation.

Once again we are truly sorry.

Cheers,
Marti Sild

A Estonian man fingered by PokerPlasm, Inc. as working for an computer espionage/hacking team has finally been identified. A name that has been withheld hacked into the PokerPlasm twitter account yesterday and abducted the Chief Executive’s name for 24 hours (see related story: Where in the World is PokerPlasm?).

The PokerPlasm-Estonian espionage scandal erupted Wednesday in full public view, PokerPlasm officials said. After a news leak led PokerPlasm to announce it had asked the Estonian ambassador to the United States to investigate alleged business and trade espionage against the international company.

His Excellency, Mr. Reinart,

My name is Trevor Holewinski, and on Tuesday, September 29, 2009, a citizen of your country hacked into my twitter account using a 3rd party software. This gentleman is using this website for purposes that are unlawful according to the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1984 (amended in 2001 under the Patriot Act) and the Identity Theft Enforcement and Restitution Act of 2008.

I would believe that many others have been duped into using his services under false pretenses and have had their identities changed.

Any investigation into this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Sincerely,
Trevor Holewinski, CEO
PokerPlasm.com

No response has been forthcoming from the Estonian Ambassador.

“The manner in which this whole thing was done was provocative, inconsistent, and careless,” said PokerPlasm Chief Executive Officer, Trevor Holewinski.

“If manners had been followed,” one PokerPlasm official said Wednesday, “the two parties would have worked out a quiet accommodation.”

In an effort to corner new markets and appease an array of followers, a new PokerPlasm Poker Online Marketing Research Study (PPPOMRS) has just been completed. The study was formulated by Beasley and Drabble Marketing Consultants (a division of PokerPlasm, Inc.), who are the authorities in market research amongst poker related websites as well as international poker download issues. We hoped to determine what people think of the premier online poker magazine and then make any changes that are seen as negative (if any). In this study, we concentrated the question towards the social media giants, twitter and facebook.

Now, PokerPlasm asked the twitterverse one question:

Give me 1 word that best describes PokerPlasm.com.

The results were shocking:
cprpoker: bouillabaisse
Thenardier: spaztastic
IBGPN: supercalifragilisticexpialidocious
bustemdaily: original
ChrisHiter: pimptastic
HeatherShea: pokerlicious
SpamPlasm: world-class
coolwhipflea: Dqunk
Street3: unique
dollyblowflake: Phrontistes

We would like to thank all the respondents who volunteered for this study, your promptness was much appreciated. All these answers will be archived and studied for future marketing purposes, including articles, interviews and tips.

Mr. Flea, owner of Pablosplace.com, should feel ashamed for asserting such a statement and is lucky PokerPlasm, Inc. does not file a lawsuit for libel. We want a complete retraction of the said statement and an apology for damaging the corporation’s public image.”

Inside sources reported that the PokerPlasm, Inc. Public Relations team was working on several stories to combat Mr. Flea’s damaging statement. At the time of this release, Mr. Flea or Pablosplace.com has not issued any statement, retraction, or apology.

Both magazines ceased print versions in March 2009. The company is privately held so no financial statements have been made public.

AUSTIN, TX, August 17, 2009 – PokerPlasm, Inc. shares witnessed a sharp increase after Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Trevor Holewinski, stated that “Beginning in May of 2010, PokerPlasm Incorporated and all it’s subsidiaries will be relocating to Eastport, Maine. This move will allow PokerPlasm Incorporated to continue to grow in the U.S. market share as well as tap into the Canadian maritime market as well. It is a win-win situation.” The announcement ended weeks of speculation on the matter (see Rumors Swirl of Possible Eastport, Maine Relocation article).

Sonny Partrude

The impromptu press conference at the Hotel Internationale lobby in downtown Austin was also highlighted by Mr. Holewinski’s hiring of Corporate Relocation Expert, Sonny Partude. “Mr. Partude’s talents and decisions will be greatly depended on in the next several months. He has a proven track record in these matters and understands the advantages of moving companies to small New England cities.”

Mr. Partrude’s only statement was “thanking Mr. Holewinski for the opportunity to work for a first-class organization, like PokerPlasm Incorporated. It is a dream come true.”

Neither Mr. Partrude or Mr. Holewinski would discuss the future of current employees.

Both magazines ceased print versions in March 2009. The company is privately held so no financial statements have been made public.

SHEFFIELD, UK, July 29, 2009 – PokerPlasm Europa’s Public Relations Director (UK Division), Sir Graeme Frost, hinted to the Sheffield Observer that PokerPlasm, Inc. is in the process of moving their headquarters from their current location in Austin, Texas to Eastport, Maine. The recently knighted executive was discussing many topics at a local public house and mistakenly made public confidential information.

Notified of this incident, Mr. Trevor Holewinski, Chief Executive Officer of PokerPlasm, Inc., was visibly perturbed. “At this time…,” stated Mr. Holewinski, “I have no comment concerning any relocation to Eastport or elsewhere.”

Anonymous sources close to the company say Mr. Holewinski has already made the decision to relocate but finalizing financials and employee benefits with union representatives are taking much longer than expected. Analysts believe a possible spring 2010 move is the most likely scenario.

Both magazines ceased print versions in March 2009. The company is privately held so no financial statements have been made public.
