GEORGE TOWN, GRAND CAYMAN, August 21, 2009 – In a year that has seen higher yields in profitability, staggering changes among staff, and relocation plans to Eastport, Maine, the PokerPlasm Executive team met to discuss options in increasing the companies profits.

Three plans (originally four) were placed on the table and would be voted on in the coming days by employees with executive status.

Trevor Holewinski

The Holewinski Plan
Increasing exposure and availability to gambling, casino, and poker sites in the hopes of increasing advertising sales.

Sonny Partrude

The Partrude Plan
The immediate closure of all offices in Europe, Asia, and Australia. This would cut expenses by 65%. These savings could then be used in opening office(s) in either, Hawaii, Fiji, or Costa Rica.

Steve Carse

The Carse Plan
Or otherwise known as the “Carse for Cash” infusion plan. Carse, Inc. (subsidiary of PokerPlasm, Inc.) would receive corporate funds in which they could do whatever they want with it, in the hopes of future money coming into corporate coffers.

The Alf Plan
The PokerPlasm, Inc. Cat Adoption/Euthanization plan. Not discussed or not viable and was struck down immediately by a vote of 4-1.

Steve’s Cousin

The Steve’s Cousin Plan
No plan was broached.
